Okay, the first tip is to learn vocabulary evenly. A lot of people start learning English by learning nouns like monkey or tree. The problem with that is then you can only say, "Monkey Monkey!" But that's not English. You need to say, "Look! There's a monkey in the tree." You need to say the full sentence. In English we speak in sentences.  So it's very important that you learn how to speak in sentences. Sentences are made up of different words. There are some nouns, some verbs, some adjectives, adverbs, prepositions, conjunctions, and so forth. So you need to learn each of those parts.
