Student tips for easy Night study.

1. Create a Cheat Sheet

Before starting your day, it is better to make a sheet of the things you want to finish within the day. Try adding assignments that you know will require concentration in the evening and always start your main day in the afternoon. This is the best schedule for a night owl. Do not convince others to follow your own schedule; It simply will not work. The time of your concentration is completely different from them. Add tasks that require minimal concentration in the morning and try to finish something else during your peak concentration time.

2. Take a power measurement in the afternoon

Power naps help you more than you think. Since you are a person who does not sleep a lot at night, try to determine your strength intervals throughout the day. Add a short 20-minute nap between study sessions or go home and sleep a little when there is an interval of hours between morning lectures. Your brain needs a rest to refresh and concentrate more.

3. Make your night study routine.

Creating a weekly routine is one of the most important steps to becoming a top student who has a balanced life.

Follow these steps to create a weekly routine that works for you:

(a) Remove your calendar. (I use Google Calendar, but a hard copy calendar also works.)

(B) Make schedules in your calendar for all your fixed, recurring commitments, eg, schools, music classes, additional courses, family events, religious activities.

(c) Given the remaining slots in your calendar, set aside a separate time each day for homework and study.

(d) Set aside time each day for leisure, rest, going out with friends, etc.

At this point, your calendar will be filled with "fixed" appointments that will guide you on how you will spend your time.

Of course, these appointments are subject to change at once. But by following what your calendar says, you must have established a solid routine.

4. Do not keep "junk food" around.

Chips, dips, and candies are not just "visible" in your food cupboard. One reason you snack on junk is because you made the choice to buy it and bring it home! Change your environment, change what you eat. Do not eat heavy food while studying.

5. Get physical during study break -

Physical activity, even a 5-minute walk, can increase oxygen in your brain, re-flow your blood, and help you study. Do not eat food to wake up Study only 45 minutes and take a break of 15 minutes in 1 hour.

How to become a topper follow professional tips

1. Stay away from last minute study: Most students live under the illusion that they will start studying a few weeks before exams and achieve the desired marks. When the time comes, and you sit down to study, you will hate it and not find interest in it. Think useless, hate your friends who are studying, always talk to those who score well. Don't worry because they're going ahead of you, invite stress as the course syllabus is too big to cover.   This happens because the study simply does not happen. It is a habit built over time. Instead of making a habit of studying, you are developing other habits on a regular basis. And when you suddenly demand from your brain to focus on your daily routine and studies, it gets confused. Not how the brain works. This is what makes it so trained. Those who say they study one night and score well are fooling you. There are no tricks, schemes, mind games, but the only truth in life is that everything comes from hard work. The fact that you wi...
