1. Use Your Moments Quickly and Wisely
A few minutes before turning off the light is a wonderful time to remember you. Learning before bedtime greatly improves memory retention - so when you stick in bed, read quickly through the most important facts, equations, or terminology. Then switch off.
2. Eat a great meal before an exam day -
Make a special effort to cook yourself a good meal. I'm not suggesting "brain food" such as nuts or oily fish, but a meal that you have if you were celebrating and wanted to spoil yourself, such as steak and chocolate tart. This will make you happy and encourage you to prepare for the next day.
3. Do not stress laugh
Do a fun job like watching a comedy show, kicking out or fiddling with photos on Instagram. Laughing will help you relax, reduce stress and help you sleep well at night.
4. Make sure you wake up
set an alarm. Set three. If you are still concerned, visit a family member or friend to investigate. Just make sure that you reach the exam much longer.
5. Do not drink too much alcohol at night
Don't drink too much water, you need a sip every hour. Dehydration is not going to be a problem during the exam, but drinking five pints of water and toilet breaks is needed every five minutes. Sip is just for a quick turn to your brain and hands to give a breath.
6. Modify the subjects one by one before going to bed.
Cover your work through your study notes, covering topics one by one. Once you revise a topic, take a minute to make sure that you are remembering and understanding the content. If the answer is no, then go back and modify the areas that need an additional refresher.
7. Do not study too late at night
The late night rote session does not match the most important thing. It may look like you are making the most of your time studying until the last minute, but not giving your brain a chance to rest will have a harder time recalling the information you have studied.
8. Give your brain a break before the exam.
Take some time before bed to clear away your study notes and relax. Read a book, write in a magazine, or talk to your family. This will help give you air before bed, which will make it easier to get a good night's sleep so that your brain can process the information you reviewed in the evening.
